Simple and Fun...Spring Shawl

I'm working on a light, spring/summer shawl. It's really nothing more than garter stitch and a drop row. I'm using Silky Wool, 4-5 hanks. It has a beautiful drape and I can wear it year around.

I'm BACK!

I love it! I love it! I love it! I'm back at the big house where I can come and go -- OUTSIDE! Dirt baths, chasing crickets, staring down hummingbirds. What FUN! I was getting tired of retirement. Ooops, a small problem. No, not the dogs. Another feline. Grrrrrrr-ow. OW-GRRRRRRR. Just letting her know I was here first (I think...) Paws, and reflect, Lily =^-^=

Too many WIPs!

Went through my craft room this last weekend. Apparently, I have a lot more WIPs than I thought. I like to think of myself as an organized person and don't want too many WIPs -- though it is inevitable that a few will creep up. Well...I lined them all up with the yarn and pattern. I'm going to try to get through 2 or 3 of them. In a couple of weeks I'll be traveling to Virginia on vacation. I'll bring along some socks and maybe the EZ Pi shawl (one of the WIPs) that I'm working on.
