A safe place

The nice lady has been trying to find places around the house for me to stay during the day that are safe from the canines. The basket that was in one of my favorite spots -- the bathroom -- has been moved to another location. I don't like change. So far, I have about 4 locations that I can be away from the dogs. Some are secret. My favorite is a shelf along the stairs. I can see and hear most everything in the house. Humans are more likely to pet me if I'm there. I wait for their worship. I have a new toy -- a mylar, shiney ball. It's lightweight and I can bat at it. Has an interesting crunch sound too. Meow, Lily =^-^=
